Meet the Board
President: Steve Sharp
Steve Keeps the ship afloat, the meetings moving and the rest of us mostly on topic. As President, he leads with a steady hand, a calm demeanor, and just enough patience to herd this group of volunteers.
Vice President: Brynn Pierce
Brynn brings energy, ideas, and a deep love for community to the board. She's also a mom of three wonderfully feral kids, which means she's highly skilled in multitasking, problem solving under pressure, and keeping things moving even when chaos is present. Known for asking "what if we did this?" and then actually making it happen, Brynn is here to help make the neighborhood more connected, welcoming, and fun.
Treasurer: Mark Brown
Mark has lived in the neighborhood for 11 years and knows it well. He's married to Catherine and is a proud dad to two sons, Matthew and Brendan (ages 20 and 22). As Treasurer, Mark keeps a close eye on the numbers so the rest of us can dream big without accidentally spending too much on "community bonding".
Director: Catherine Lafever
Catherine is the quiet force behind much of the neighborhood's maintenance and landscaping magic. If something gets fixed, trimmed, or refreshed, there is a very good chance Catherine made it happen. She brings organization, follow through, and a practical eye to the board, all while balancing life with her two very adored dogs who fully support her leadership (and occasionally supervise)
Secretary: Tony Haack
Tony is the reason things are written down, remembered, and officially documented. He keeps meeting notes organized and makes sure nothing important gets lost to "I thought someone else had that." Reliable, detail oriented, and quietly essential. Tony keeps the board running smoothly behind the scenes.
